Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of spa or med-spa experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and ingredients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with retail sales and client retention preferred.
• Certification or experience in advanced treatments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare products and routines.
• Recommend and sell retail skincare products and service packages.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
• Ensure treatment rooms meet all sanitation and safety standards.
• Stay current on skincare trends and techniques.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with spa promotions and events.
