Job summary

Hand & Stone Ocean Township is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is a meaningful service, offering customized long-term treatment plans and a focus on building relationships to make each facial the highlight of a client’s month.

As an Esthetician you will maintain your active license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws while delivering world-class client experiences and top-level facial services.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Comply with state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide high-quality facial services with client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform top-level esthetician services with client focus.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Meet sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
