Job summary
Amazing Lash Studio Lincoln Park is expanding its skincare program in partnership with Sanitas Skincare. We are hiring a Licensed Esthetician / Facialist to launch and grow this new skincare division while delivering lash-safe, steam-free facials.
You will perform customized facials, analyze skin, recommend home care, educate clients, maintain sanitation, and assist with retail sales. Evening and weekend availability is required; Illinois esthetician license is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Esthetician license required.
- Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales and retail experience are a plus.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience with facials, chemical peels and advanced skincare treatments preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform lash-safe, steam-free facial treatments utilizing Sanitas skincare products and analyze skin.
- Educate clients on skincare concerns and treatment plans.
- Recommend appropriate home-care regimens and skincare products.
- Maintain treatment rooms and ensure sanitation and state board regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Support retail sales of professional skincare products.
- Collaborate with lash stylists to provide a comprehensive beauty experience.
