FGG Spa, LLC is expanding Hand & Stone High Point and seeks a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Join a growth-focused team backed by a nationwide spa brand.

You will deliver high-quality facial services, build lasting client relationships, and participate in ongoing training in a supportive Hand & Stone franchisee environment in High Point, NC.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
