Hand & Stone Franchise Corp in Corona, CA is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to deliver high-quality facial services, design personalized plans, and support member wellness in a busy spa environment. You’ll use innovative skincare techniques and collaborate with a team dedicated to client results.

In addition to providing exceptional service, you will help grow client relationships, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to achieving spa goals through referrals and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create an exceptional member experience with friendly, helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
