Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC in Glen Mills, PA, is expanding Hand & Stone Glen Mills and seeking licensed estheticians to deliver personalized skincare experiences. You will educate clients, perform advanced facial services, and contribute to a welcoming, hygienic spa environment.

As an Esthetician, you’ll design individualized treatment plans, recommend homecare regimens, and help clients achieve lasting skincare results while building lasting relationships with guests and members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the working state.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans with homecare.
• Deliver friendly, helpful, excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Meet sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
