Job summary

Destination Aesthetics in Roseville, California, is hiring a full-time Licensed Esthetician to join our Roseville team. You will provide customized aesthetic treatments, support patients in achieving skincare goals, and partner with the clinic team to deliver a welcoming, results-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience, strong communication, and a passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician.
• Experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury aesthetic environment.
• Strong knowledge of skin health, skincare products, treatment protocols, and patient education.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Open availability for a full-time schedule, including 5 eight-hour shifts and 1 Saturday per month.
• Comfortable using clinic technology and an iPad for documentation, scheduling, or patient support.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, company protocols, and clinic standards.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend customized treatment plans based on patient goals and skin concerns.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans.
• Support patient retention through excellent service, thoughtful follow-up, and personalized care.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient notes.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and follow infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with providers, front desk, and clinic leadership to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Support retail skincare recommendations and educate patients on appropriate home-care products.
• Represent Destination Aesthetics with professionalism, warmth, and a patient-first mindset.

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide customized aesthetic treatments, support patients in achieving their skincare goals, and partner closely with the clinic team to create a welcoming, professional, and results-focused environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on esthetics experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin.

Compensation and Schedule

• Employment type: Full-time
• Compensation: $22 – $25 per hour
