Hand & Stone is hiring licensed estheticians/cosmetologists to join our skin care team and provide facial and skin services to a growing client base. We supply all materials and manage bookings so you can focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Offering base pay with commissions, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment. Positions available full-time and part-time with opportunities to grow within a thriving spa network.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applicable state
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible days and hours
• Professional liability insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Perform 50-minute facial services, microdermabrasion, hair removal and other skin care treatments
• Promote product recommendations and guide clients on facial frequency
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and appearance
• Adhere to local/state licensing laws and regulations
• Collaborate with team to ensure outstanding guest experiences
