Gloloft in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to provide waxing and sugaring services, deliver a welcoming, personalized guest experience, and uphold hygiene standards in a modern studio.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology license required.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Previous waxing, sugaring, or body treatment experience preferred; Airbrush tanning a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional waxing and sugaring services while maintaining Gloloft's service standards.
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest.
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommended services.
• Promote memberships, packages, and retail products when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards per policies and State Board.
• Support studio goals through client retention, rebooking, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive studio environment.
