Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to guests by performing top-level services.
• Design progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, for client skincare goals.
• Deliver excellent service with friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities

• As an Esthetician, you will maintain an active esthetics license in your working state.
