Hand & Stone Annapolis is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to provide exceptional skincare services to our members and guests. You will perform top-level facial treatments and tailor plans to individual goals, delivering a comforting and results-focused experience.

Maintain an active Esthetics license in Maryland, carry liability insurance, and adhere to state regulations. You will also collaborate with spa management, drive client satisfaction, and help achieve sales and performance

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state of work is required.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Comply with state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience through top-level esthetic services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and spa staff.
• Meet sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
