Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in The Woodlands is seeking Licensed Estheticians for a part-time role in a stable, positive environment. The Woodlands location offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments including LED Skin Phototherapy and microdermabrasion within a team-focused setting.

Estheticians build treatment plans for clients, including progressive options, in a membership-driven environment. Training is ongoing, and flexible hours support a busy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
• Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
