Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeSpa Esthetician to provide skin and facial services, including facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and makeup application to enhance guest well-being and the club experience.

You will analyze skin, tailor treatments, educate guests on LifeSpa products, maintain a clean work area, and stay current with trends. This is a full-time role with commissions between 35% and 70% and a minimum wage base, plus Life Time benefits.

Qualifications

• Esthetician license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized skin and facial services and treatments.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa products, services and treatments.
• Discusses options with clients to determine individual needs.
• Maintains LifeSpa appearance and cleanliness.
• Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promotes LifeSpa products and stays current on trends.
