Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in skincare or esthetics.
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED – flexible schedule.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Ability to perform 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels and waxing.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level skincare services to members and guests.
• Design and adjust treatment plans based on client goals.
• Participate in hands-on trainings and workshops.
• Meet or exceed sales goals as directed by spa management.
• Create a welcoming experience and promote memberships.
