As an esthetician, you will maintain your license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to regulations while delivering world-class service, crafting treatment plans, and guiding clients with homecare regimens.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state of employment.
• Carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Knowledge of state and local licensing rules and regulations.
• Ability to design and prescribe progressive skincare treatment plans.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
