FGG Spa, LLC is expanding its Hand & Stone Charlotte South Park location and seeks licensed estheticians to deliver skincare services and progressive treatment plans. The role focuses on client education, quality facials, and building lasting relationships with members and guests.

Maintain an active esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws while providing top-level service and contributing to sales goals. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
