Hand & Stone Delran is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We offer a supportive environment focused on skincare as a long-term client journey, with innovative services and customized treatment plans.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain licensure, carry liability insurance, and provide world-class client experiences through top-level skincare services. You will design progressive homecare regimens and contribute to a positive spa atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state of work.
• Liability insurance for Esthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience through top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
