Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Conshohocken, PA is seeking licensed Estheticians to deliver high-quality skincare services and create personalized treatment plans for our guests. You will guide clients through progressive regimens and help them achieve skincare goals with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
