Hand & Stone Citrus Park is expanding its team of licensed estheticians in Tampa, FL to deliver premium skincare experiences to members and guests. You will design progressive treatment plans, perform high-quality facial services, and educate clients on at-home regimens to foster long-term routines.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level facial services and client consultations.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent client experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
