Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC, a Hand & Stone franchisee in Carrollwood, is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to serve our members and guests in Tampa. The role focuses on premium facial services, customized treatment plans, and building client relationships.

Maintain an active esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws. You’ll design progressive plans, help clients reach skincare goals, and participate in ongoing training at our Tampa location.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
