Job summary

Hand & Stone Camp Hill is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment—it's a chance to make a positive impact on clients' lives with innovative services and personalized long-term plans.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and comply with state laws. Provide world-class experiences, design progressive treatments, and help clients achieve their skincare goals while meeting sales

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Esthetics license in the state of practice.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Comply with all state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class client experiences through top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on individual skincare goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top‑level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
