Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Beverly Hills is seeking a results-driven Licensed Esthetician to provide facial and body treatments and consult with members to maximize their results.

You will perform facials, waxing and other services with a strong emphasis on member satisfaction, and there is room to grow into management within the company.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Esthetician license.
• Minimum of one year of salon or spa experience.
• Must have specific training in facial and body waxing.
• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Computer literacy and comfort with using booking/record systems.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

• Must possess a valid Esthetician license
• Minimum of one (1) year of salon or spa experience
• Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
• Computer literate

Pay Transparency: $49.40-$76.00 per session; $18.47/hr (non-session work); ability to earn incentive pay based on services performed.
