Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Windermere, FL, is seeking Licensed Estheticians for a long‑term role in a stable and positive environment. Our menu includes LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion and chemical peels delivered in a supportive setting.

Estheticians can build treatment plans for clients and grow repeat business through our membership model. We provide all supplies, and education is a ongoing focus with Education on Demand.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with active state license.
• Strong retail and in‑room upgrade experience.
• Knowledge of spa services and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑level esthetic services to members and guests.
• Design progressive treatment plans based on goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create a positive guest experience with a friendly attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.
