Massage Envy Augusta Exchange is seeking a licensed esthetician to deliver professional skincare, facial and body treatments. You'll work with clients to assess needs, explain treatment options, and tailor plans using top skincare lines, with performance rewards and ongoing training.

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
• Utilize professional skincare products from leading brands (like Marini Skin Solutions and PCA SKIN®)
• Recommend follow-up visits, services, and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
• Attend events to help promote yourself and skincare
• Attend product and service webinars for additional training
• Complete hand and facial demos in the lobby during downtime
• Contact clients to follow up with them about recent services or product purchases
