Job summary

Hand & Stone Westlake is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team and provide high-quality facial and skin-care services to members and guests. You will design progressive treatment plans, perform top-level services, and participate in ongoing trainings and workshops to grow your skills.

Our spa emphasizes building relationships with clients, promoting memberships, and delivering an exceptional spa experience. A passion for helping people feel confident in their skin is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic treatments
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals
• Participate in hands-on trainings, workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create a positive experience for members/guests and promote memberships and referrals
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
