Qualifications

• Active Iowa Esthetician License required by start of employment.
• Strong understanding of skincare principles, facial treatments, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and explain treatment options clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation and client safety.
• Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred.
• Experience with chemical peels and microneedling is a plus, where permitted by licensing and scope-of-practice requirements.
