Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Rosenberg, TX, seeks a Lead Licensed Esthetician to guide skincare journeys for our members and guests. You will design progressive treatment plans, perform high-quality esthetic services, and foster a welcoming, results-driven spa atmosphere.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, contribute to staff development, and drive sales while delivering outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities

Roles And Responsibilities

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
