NEW LEAF SALON AND SPA LLC in Northborough, MA is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team. You will introduce clients to skincare products and services, perform waxing, facial massage, and other treatments to help clients reach their skin health goals.

This role emphasizes entrepreneurial mindset, client relations, and ongoing education to grow skills while delivering exceptional service in a warm, energetic environment. Valid license required; prior esthetician experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of skin care techniques.
• High level of ethics.
• Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skin and body treatments including waxing, tinting, and facial massage.
• Advise clients on skin care options and best practices.
• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards.
