Qualifications

• GA esthetician license with liability insurance is required.
• Strong consultation skills and welcoming chair-side manner.
• Ability to perform customized facials, acne/anti-aging protocols, peels, dermaplaning, waxing, and brow services.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments (30/60/90 minutes) that are safe, effective, and results-driven.
• Provide thorough skin analyses and create treatment plans and home-care regimens.
• Keep accurate treatment notes and follow protocol from visit to visit.
• Recommend add-ons and retail; educate clients on self-care.
• Maintain immaculate room standards: sanitation, disinfection, restocking, and equipment care.
• Deliver waxing and brow services as trained and requested.
• Uphold licensing, safety, and confidentiality; perform patch tests when needed.
• Arrive prepared and on time; collaborate with the front desk and teammates for a 5-star guest experience.

Touchtones is growing and we’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician who loves helping people feel confident in their skin. You’ll deliver safe, customized facials and corrective treatments, build lasting client relationships, and be part of a supportive, service-first team. We handle the marketing, bookings, products, linens, and sanitation—so you can focus on great results.

You

You’re a state-licensed esthetician (current GA license + liability insurance) with strong consultation skills and an easy, welcoming chair-side manner. You listen first, tailor each session to the client’s goals and contraindications, and communicate clearly before and after the service. You’re punctual, professional, collaborative, and comfortable providing customized facials, acne/anti-aging protocols, light chemical peels/enzyme exfoliation, extractions, dermaplaning (nice to have), and waxing/tinting or brow shaping.
