Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stonecrest is seeking a passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team in Stonecrest, GA. You will perform facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing in a relaxing spa environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, a valid Georgia esthetician license, liability insurance, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in esthetics.
• Valid Georgia esthetician license required.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Previous spa/esthetics experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial techniques, chemical exfoliation and waxing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for skincare and client satisfaction.
• Team oriented, reliable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing for clients.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend retail products.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room at all times.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage rebooking and membership enrollment.
• Collaborate with spa team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
