Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Durham, NC seeks a licensed esthetician to deliver high-quality skincare services to members and guests. You will design progressive treatment plans, perform top-level facials, and contribute to a welcoming spa experience.

Availability for evenings and weekends is required. You will join a team focused on client results, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, well-equipped environment.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.

• Availability for Evenings and Weekends.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
