Qualifications

• Active Iowa Esthetician License (required) or reciprocity
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred
• Experience with microneedling and chemical peels is a plus
• Ability to educate clients on treatment recommendations and home care
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on skincare goals
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses
• Recommend treatment plans and home-care products
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and infection-control standards

• Collaborate with fellow estheticians and front desk staff to create an exceptional client experience
