We are seeking Licensed Estheticians interested in a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive setting. Our menu now includes the latest skincare advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians have the opportunity to build treatment plans that incorporate these progressive options. Professionals can foster repeat business through our membership model.

Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge makes you a vital part of our team. We handle appointment bookings and provide all supplies so you can focus on your clients. Ongoing education is available through our Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients' skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals outlined by spa management
• Create an outstanding experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
