Job Description

TOUCHD Medical Spa is seeking a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional treatments, personalized care, and an elevated client experience in a professional medical spa setting.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, a warm and polished presence, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The right candidate will also be comfortable recommending appropriate services and skincare products while supporting the continued growth of TOUCHD Medical Spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials, chemical peels, waxing, and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Experience with laser treatments is a plus.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans based on individual concerns and skincare goals.
• Educate clients on professional skincare, home-care routines, and appropriate treatment options.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and before-and-after photographs when required.
• Follow all sanitation, infection-control, safety, and treatment protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and treatment-ready workspace.
• Deliver attentive, professional service that reflects the elevated standards of TOUCHD Medical Spa.
• Recommend and sell skincare products, treatment packages, and memberships when appropriate.
• Support front-desk responsibilities, including welcoming clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with client checkout.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and consistent client experience.
• Assist with social media content and participate in efforts to promote services, educate clients, and attract new business.
• Remain current on industry trends, treatment techniques, professional skincare products, and continuing education.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, promotional events, and business-development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New York State Esthetics License.
• A minimum of up to two years of professional esthetics experience is required.
• Previous medical spa experience is preferred but not required.
• Confident in performing a variety of facial and skincare treatments while following established safety protocols.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, treatment customization, sanitation practices, and client education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent client care.
• Comfortable using appointment-scheduling and client-management software.
• Previous experience in retail sales, service recommendations, memberships, or treatment packages is required.
• Team-oriented, growth-minded, and receptive to feedback and continued training.
• Comfortable appearing in or contributing to social media and promotional content.
• Flexible availability, including select Saturdays.
