You will deliver top-level esthetic services, participate in hands-on training and workshops, and aim to achieve spa sales goals while creating a welcoming, professional experience for members and guests.

• Esthetics liability insurance capability

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
