Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering is required.
• Five years of professional engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Michigan or eligible.
• Experience with capital outlay projects and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and fee changes for architectural/engineering services.
• Direct preparation of planning, bidding, and construction documents including plans, specs, budgets and schedules.
• Provide expert technical review and consultations to approve plans, specs and shop drawings to ensure compliance.
