Job summary

Eanes Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical in High Point, NC is seeking a Licensed Electrician with residential experience to join our growing team. HVAC experience is preferred, but not required for this role.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and installing electrical components in homes, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating with dispatch to keep schedules. Must have an Electrical License and be able to lift up to 100 pounds, with overtime and on-call

Qualifications

5+ years of electrical experience.
Residential service experience preferred.
Knowledge of local electrical codes and their practical application.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair electrical components in a residential environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Travel to job sites with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays.
Obtain customer authorization/signature for payment at job completion.
Meet or exceed performance minimum standards.
Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace options and scheduling replacements.
