Job summary
Michael & Son Services Inc. is seeking experienced Licensed Residential Service Electricians to join a trusted home services team.
You’ll diagnose, repair, and install electrical components for residential customers while delivering top-tier service and value. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped earning potential with up to $175K+ annually, a company truck and gas card, and dispatch-from-home flexibility in a year-round work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of residential electrical service experience.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skill.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
- Install panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, generators, and other electrical components.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service.
- Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
- Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.
