Job summary

Summit Valley, a construction and development firm in San Diego, CA, seeks an experienced Electrician for a full-time role. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential and commercial projects, reading blueprints and ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes.

You’ll collaborate with project teams in a fast-paced office environment, join a dedicated crew, and contribute to safe and efficient electrical installations while advancing your professional growth in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of electrical work experience.
• Valid California State Electrician License (CEC License).
• Knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical codes.
• Familiarity with electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and national codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with latest electrical technologies and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
