Air Tech of Houston is seeking a self-motivated electrician to join our growing team in Houston, TX. The role offers an hourly rate with commission potential and opportunities for advancement.

You will perform installations, maintenance, inspections, and ensure compliance with codes while prioritizing safety and customer service. A valid electrician license and residential experience are required, with a clean MVR/background check. Company benefits and a vehicle program are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid electrician license (Wireman, Journeyman, or Master) and maintain a valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year residential electrical experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to pass MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations per blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage; promote a culture of safety and use PPE.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently handle at least 50 lbs.
