Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to provide high-quality, evidence-based care through our network of Colorado healthcare partners. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function, mobility, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams while documenting progress in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Colorado.
• Demonstrated ability to document care clearly and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess movement, function, and pain.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Document progress and outcomes in the EMR system.
