Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting SNF operations in line with policies and regulatory requirements. Candidates should hold Ohio licensure, have SNF experience preferred, and demonstrate detail-oriented, quality-driven care.

• Education: Licensed Dietician
• Experience: Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Certificate/ License: Current licensure in Ohio
• Strong desire to provide quality care to our residents.
• Detail and Quality Process Oriented.
