Lake Superior Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking Dental Health Therapists to join the dental care team and to assure quality patient care within a supportive practice.

This role emphasizes collaboration with licensed dentists under a management agreement and provides care to patients across economic and cultural backgrounds. Qualificações

• Licensed by the MN Board of Dentistry to practice as a Dental Therapist.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an approved dental therapy program.
• Written collaborative management agreement with a Minnesota-licensed dentist supervising no more than five therapists.
• Ability to provide dental care to diverse populations with sensitivity.
• Computer experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Performs dental services under general supervision with prior dentist knowledge and consent.
• Performs dental services under indirect supervision with the dentist present in the office.
• Dispense and administer non-narcotic analgesics, anti-inflammatories, and antibiotics within collaborative scope.
