PDS Health in Edina, MN is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care, educate patients, and contribute to a patient-centered team. You’ll help deliver the PPE experience while following regulatory standards and company values in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.

Compensation Information

$45.00-$70.00 / Hourly
