Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant for a part-time role covering Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 30 hours per week.

You will assist dentists, take and develop X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene, maintain infection control, and document care in the EHR, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus accredited dental assisting course.
• Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential.
• DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified tasks.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols.
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
