Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or commensurate work experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in sales and service supporting multiple insurance products and/or financial services products.
• Life, Accident & Health, Series 6 & 63 licenses are required and P&C license is preferred
• Experience with the VUL products and annuities a plus
• For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances.

• Work with variable lines product, audits and compliance
• Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence
• Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards
• Interact with other departments on various projects including new programs, products and technology
• Support knowledge management transfer within the department through training, quality and intranetprojects
• Evaluate individual customers' needs and propose additional insurance products based on household and business needs

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $60,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
