Job summary

New England Mechanical Services in CT is seeking a CT-licensed plumber (P2) with 2-5 years of experience for our Trumbull, CT Mechanical Group. This role requires a self-motivated individual with commercial plumbing, heating, and gas piping experience.

HVAC piping background is encouraged; a pressure boiler pipefitting license is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• CT P-2 license required.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
• Experience with heating and gas piping.
• HVAC piping background encouraged; boiler pipefitting license a plus.
• Must have clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
• Attend safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.
• Follow all NEMSI safety policies, procedures, and use PPE when installing/servicing HVAC systems.
• Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
• Other duties may be assigned.
