Qualifications

• Independently licensed in PA (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) or equivalent.
• Available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Demonstrated progress-tracking with clients and comfort with clinical tech (telehealth, EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions in Bethlehem, PA.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and measure client progress.
• Maintain accurate notes in EHR and coordinate with the clinical team.
