Qualifications

• Texas license in good standing as LPC or LCSW required.
• Clinical licensure to practice in Texas must be active at hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 15–20 patients per day with psychosocial assessments and individual therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to develop tailored care plans.
• Deliver care in outpatient psychiatric clinic and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed.
