• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• State licensure as LCSW or LPC is required.
• Credential to see children and adults preferred; teens preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to patients with mental health or emotional distress.
• Coordinate with Behavioral Health Team within Integrated Behavioral Health Model.
• Complete documentation and billing in the Electronic Health Record.
• Refer patients to other mental health providers as needed.
